An embodied half-day experience
to release, realign, and remember who you are.
Trance Dance Immersion
Step into your body. Step out of your story.
This is not a dance class.
It’s not about choreography or performance.
It’s a somatic journey into your original movement – the kind that existed before roles, responsibilities, and expectations shaped how you show up.
In this guided immersion, you’ll move not to look a certain way, but to feel what’s alive. You’ll reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and let go of patterns that no longer serve you.
Whether you’re in the midst of a transition, seeking more aliveness, or simply curious to return to your essence – this experience offers a doorway back to your intuitive self.
Why Movement Matters:
Human beings are designed to move — to reach, push, pull, and let go.
Yet over time, these “original movements” get interrupted by social conditioning, emotional wounds, and the sheer demands of life.
What results is stagnation. Not just physical, but emotional, energetic, relational.
Our bodies carry armouring from past experiences:
Ways we held ourselves together in difficult times
Attachments formed in early life
Promises we made to stay safe, accepted, in control
These embodied patterns shape how we lead, love, and show up – often unconsciously.
What to Expect:
This half-day immersion combines music, movement, breath, and presence to support emotional and energetic release. Through music, rhythm, and intuitive movement, we retrace and reawaken what’s been dormant. We create space for:
Original movement impulses to re-emerge
Constrained energy to flow again
Nervous system recalibration
Personal insight to arise – not through thinking, but through moving
This work draws from the principles of somatics, neuroscience, and developmental attachment, and invites deep release and realignment with your true self.
Who this is for:
This space is designed for:
Individuals in midlife and beyond seeking clarity, freedom, or a deeper connection to self
Coaches, facilitators, and leaders who wish to embody their work more fully
Anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected – and ready to shift
No prior experience with dance or somatic practices is needed – just your willingness to show up and move
You Will Leave With:
A somatic experience of your own inner truth, grounded in presence
A gentle yet powerful process for meeting resistance with respect
More capacity to feel, move, and lead from your body
A felt sense of clarity, calm, and courage for the next phase of your journey
Why it matters:
When we retrace, revisit, and restore our core movement impulses, we free constrained energy. We open the door to greater flow, resilience, and alignment with our truth.
This is where true presence begins – in the body, not the mind.
This is for you if:
You’re navigating a midlife transition or inner turning point
You feel over-mentalized and long to reconnect with your instinct
You support others through coaching, healing, or leadership – and want a more embodied presence
You’re ready to let go of old identities and return to your aliveness
No prior experience is needed. Just bring your body, your breath, and a willingness to be moved. This is an intimate gathering with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure depth, safety, and spaciousness. The Immersion will take place with minimum 5 participants. We invite you to come as you are, with self-responsibility. To move not to impress, but to remember.
Participation Requirements:
Physical and mental well-being
Willingness to engage in self-exploration and personal growth
Curiosity and courage to gently explore your own edges and boundaries
